Questions

What do I get when I buy a plan?

Print-ready drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections and a roof plan. The CAD package also includes editable files for your architect or engineer.

How do I pay?

M-Pesa, Airtel Money or card through Paystack. Payments are charged in Kenyan shillings; USD prices are shown for reference.

Can you change a plan for me?

Yes. Send us the plan ID and what you'd like changed through the custom design form, and we'll quote you.

Will the plans get approval from my county?

Our drawings are complete, but local approval needs a registered architect and engineer in your area to stamp them. We can recommend partners.
